  after a first exchange (the pencils arrived with the packaging damaged and the mines partly broken), the 2nd sending seems ok, but to use several pens (about 1 in 3 up to now) have mine broken all the centimetres almost. the pencils in question are unusable.... and it is especially very annoying!!!
